Round Rock Express

The Round Rock Express take pride in our support of nonprofit organizations in and around the Central Texas region, and we're happy to consider your donation request! To maximize its charitable efforts, the Express primarily directs support to disadvantaged youth, youth development and educational programs, as well as youth baseball programs and medical research organizations. Preference is given to organizations and requests that address one or more of these areas of focus.

Due to a large volume, all donation requests must be submitted no later than three weeks in advance of your event and no more than three months out from your event as these guidelines help us better manage our requests. The request will be reviewed and considered in the order it was received, but you may not receive your donation until closer to your event date should the request be approved. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved. Each organization is only able to receive one donation per calendar year. **NOTE: Once the donation request has been approved, if your event date falls outside of the 2022 Round Rock Express season, your organization will be placed on a Hold List and contacted as early as March of 2023 to claim assigned tickets for the 2023 season.
